If you cannot manage the date that has been allocated, please arrange a swap, and record it on the list in the clubhouse. The end of the rota depends on when the lawns close for winter.

Remember that this is not a catering competition. If you want to provide a splendid feast, that’s fine. However, it is enough to buy some cakes and scones, make some tea, and don’t forget the washing up afterwards! Only spend around £15 on food, and refund yourselves from the takings. Expect to spend a bit more if the weather is good, or a bit less, if a lot of members are playing away.
