LONGMAN CUP
After going out of the Mary Rose and Inter-Club Tournaments at the first round stage, it was not a good weekend for Bowdon when we lost 2-5 to Nottingham in the Longman Cup on Sunday, 21 May, also in the first round. Being 0-3 down at lunch-time, it was always going to be an uphill struggle in the afternoon session.
