ENGLAND WIN
England, captained by David Maugham and including Ian Lines (both
of Bowdon), had a convincing win in the Home Internationals (18,19/06/05)
at Southport. David and Ian, and the other members of the team (Messrs Brown,
Gibbons and Death) won every match, beating Scotland and Ireland 4-0 and
Wales 3-0.
