Best wishes from the club go to Alan and Daphne Linton in their move to Dorset (July '04). Alan has been a member since 1986 and has been in the top five players of the club for several years. Daphne, also a member since 1986, has supported the club in several ways, not least by being chief chef on many occasions and supplying many meals to members and guests during club tournaments.
Thanks to both for their service to the club and good luck in their move.
Happily it will not be the last we see of them. Alan's next tournament is - yes, the Northerns at Bowdon!
